Cancellation Policy
Live tutoring sessions are offered to support student learning and reinforce course concepts in real time. Sessions are held online and led by the instructor or an approved tutor. Students are expected to arrive on time, come prepared with questions, and participate respectfully. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, advance notice is appreciated. Missed sessions may not be re-taught individually. All sessions are for academic support only—no completing work for students. Keep it professional, keep it productive, and we’re good.
